Greenfield Bathroom by Kerzner Remodeling and Construction

This 50s ranch located in Greenfield still had the original bathroom. Our client’s wanted an update with some flair. Having some training in interior design, this client helped with design and material selection. Limited by available space, the layout remained the same. Dark oak cabinetry was customized to create a modern look. A larger “soaking” tub was installed and a natural stone tile surround  was added to the shower stall. New Mannington flooring was installed making cleaning a breeze. Recessed can lights and low voltage halogen lights provide ample light. The new bathroom blended nicely with the homes design.

Wauwatosa Bathroom by Kerzner Remodeling and Construction

This 1930s Wauwatosa bungalow had an old and worn bathroom. Much of the original plumbing was broken or leaking and the tile cracked and stained. The clients wanted to update the room with a modern design and utilize bold colors. Plaster walls were removed to reveal an earlier remodel.

The new design featured raised panel white cabinetry. The vanity was topped with a laminate countertop with integral toilet topper and a drop in sink. A custom top was added above the vanity to house the low voltage lighting. The old claw foot tub was replaced with a new larger tub with integrated shower and glass doors. A tall linen was placed across from the vanity and makes home for the stereo system that feeds sound through the prewired speakers in the ceiling. A new door was installed with a full length mirror. A bold blue was chosen for the walls and checkered floor completes the look.
