Hartland Fireplace by Kerzner Remodeling and Construction

This room had a lot of potential, but the fireplace wall was lacking the grandeur necessary to make it a focal point of the room. The clients wanted to create a warm area where friends and family could meet. Utilizing the existing floor plan, our designer created a conceptual design featuring a grand fireplace with a large screen TV mounted above the new mantle.

A new media cabinet was custom built to house all the necessary components. Speakers were ceiling mounted to save much needed space. A granite hearthstone provided a finishing touch.
