Delafield Spa by Kerzner Remodeling and Construction

Originally thought to be a greenhouse this area was extremely small and awkward. The homeowner’s dream was to convert this difficult space into a home for a new whirlpool spa tub.

A virtual concept drawing was created to give a glimpse of the finished project.

After a few minor design changes, construction began. After demolition of the existing structure, the spa tub was placed in the foundation area. New walls were built around the spa with energy efficient windows. Once the roof was framed in, six new remote control skylights were installed. The final result transformed an awkward and almost unusable area into a beautiful spa room where our clients can relax and enjoy a soothing spa experience while taking in the views of the Kettle Moraine.
