Oconomowoc Deck by Kerzner Remodeling and Construction

This project was an add on to an exterior remodeling project we had completed just weeks before. The clients loved the new look of the homes exterior and now wanted to have an area off their newly remodeled kitchen where they could enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. The cad plan and subsequent virtual design were created to present the deck design. The plan included a pergola that would cover about a third of the deck, providing shade on hot sunny days, while allowing a sunny area adjacent. Natural cedar was used and provides a natural setting for outdoor activities.
